Hunting a roe deer in Italy with a B14 Hunter

Big Hunter has published an article by Marco Benecchi in which he shares his experience of hunting roe deer in his hometown Maremma, Italy, with a Bergara B 14 Hunter in .308 Win. “The B 14 is a very compact and well balanced rifle that I use with satisfaction for roe deer, fallow deer and wild boar with shots up to two hundred and fifty meters and even beyond, without problems. I have always been a great admirer of 150 grain bullets, both in 308 and 30.06 caliber, but since the many tests I have done at the range with the Bergara, the 165 grain bullets have given me an accuracy worthy of a competition gun, I have decided to use them also on the hunting ground”, says Marco.
