Rafa Carrillo

Rafa is one of our Pro Team committee members and is also one of our field test shooters for the company. He has been working with the marketing department doing various projects to assist us with our interest in commercial work and testing new rifles. He is also the Bergara Experience manager and helps coordinate and managed our Bergara shooting events in long-distance shooting fundamentals with our rifles.

He discovered his passion for weapons when he joined the Spanish Army. Due to his prior skill as a shooter, he was assigned to a special unit as a marksman where he earned several national inter-army championships as a top shooter for his unit. His experience and knowledge is what makes him one of the most important mentors in our Pro Team program.  As a long distance shooter, Rafa also managed to win two Spanish Championships, as well as winning many other local championships along the way and breaking national record in one of the disciplines (60 shots, 60 hits) that earned him the title of Master Shooter by the Royal Spanish Shooting Federation.

Rafa was always passionate about hunting, his experience in managing wildlife and working with many other local hunters have gained him much respect in his home country of Spain. He has traveled around the world to gained those knowledge about wildlife management in order to help him better understand the values and respect we have for the flora and fauna as hunters, not just in Spain, but in many other regions around the world.

He continues to work directly with the marketing department to assist us in our growth in the ever changing landscape of this industry, thus providing us important information and data to better meet the consumers need in the hunting and shooting industry.

Rafa is a proud member of our Pro Team committee that helps select and retained team members to help our company grow and expand our brand to the wider international audience around the world. We are proud to have Rafa as a committee member to help train our new Pro Team members to be professionals at what they do and lead them into a stronger future with our company.
